Lake Monger Sunset

After buying my very very cheap ND8 ($4 ebay special), I wanted to try some long exposures at Lake Monger. I was a little distracted by the absolutely gorgeous sunset happening behind me however, and abruptly ended my long exposure and tore up the park with my camera still attached to my tripod. I didn’t really have the time to change lenses to get a better shot of this, I would’ve really liked to see the results from my 50mm or even the 85mm, but it was the 10-22mm up for the challenge and it did ok. I cropped this one a little though as you could barely even see the trees and the pink sky.

I’m sorry I didn’t catch the sunset early enough, but I still like this one, with the yellow light trails running through the trees.
